To use the Lindi Skin Cooler Pads, open the package by removing the seal on the back, and then remove the pad from the tray. For maximum comfort, place the pad on your skin for 20-45 minutes. The pads can be reused several times by rinsing the product with cold water and storing it in a sealed bag or container in the refrigerator. However, do not freeze or leave the pads uncovered, and discard them after six uses or if the product begins to deteriorate.
